I decided to do a pass at cleaning up the rules to make more sense from a gameplay perspective, and I am wrapping up before I play my two University households, because I realized that I should have left the relevant University lots in place. I am not going to try to complete this playtesting file because the bugs introduced by deleting Kristopher Volkov make the Moonwood Collective aspiration unplayable.
I will start again with a newly blanked out file after I have tweaked the rules.
