Lyria, Round 3: Wrap Up

At the end of Round 3, Lyria has 28 residents: 12 in Newcrest, 4 in Oasis Springs, and 12 in Windenburg. San Myshuno and Tartosa are also open, but have not been developed yet.

Newcrest has 5 households and 4 community lots: Café 3, Bar 1, Library 3, and Gym 3.
Oasis Springs has 4 households and 1 community lot: Spa 1.
Windenburg has 6 households and 2 earned community lots: Museum 1 and Park 3.
