I am loving the Build A City Challenge playstyle invented by Purzel. I found myself needing to start over a few times to get the hang of it, so I am posting here a link to a save file that has the correct lots retained but is otherwise blank.
You may want to delete the sim that’s in the save file, named aptly “Random Sim”.
