Starting again with the Spencer-Kim-Lewis household.
This time I will not get a job for Alice Spencer-Kim, because she can complete her aspiration better without one. Once she gets going on her Painting skill, she’ll be better able to provide funds if she focuses on painting rather than working. The rest of the family will get careers: Vivian Lewis as a Food Critic, Dennis Kim as a Botanist, and Eric Lewis as an Author. Olivia Kim-Lewis will join Scouts.
Eric is an aspiring Mansion Baron, so I upgraded the house: a greenhouse for Dennis Kim, upgraded the showers and beds, planted flower beds all around the house, and added columns in strategic places.
Vivian worked so hard on her Writing Skill that she earned the Creative trait.
Dennis Kim worked on his Handiness until he could upgrade Alice’s drawing tablet.
Alice Spencer-Kim got far enough on her aspiration to buy the Creative Visionary reward trait. Soon she had enough to pick up Marketable, as well.
Olivia mastered the Creativity Skill.
Olivia completed the Artistic Prodigy aspiration. She starts on Rambunctious Scamp next.
I accidentally clicked “Yes,” and made Eric a Loner. Oh well, it fits the way I’ve been playing him, anyway.
Alice mastered the Entrepreneurship Skill by selling her Paintings.
Eric Lewis completed the Mansion Baron aspiration in his sleep, after I built the family a Spa in their basement. He takes the Bestselling Author aspiration next. I bought him the Creative Visionary and Marketable traits.
Alice mastered the Painting Skill, earning the Refined Palette Achievement and completing the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration at the same time. She takes Fabulously Wealthy next.

Best of all, I think I finally got my settings right for this challenge; there appear to be no newly moved in Sims, and no newborns in any of the households I checked.
