The next aspiration I will focus on is Painter Extraordinaire. Alice Spencer-Kim will be my target Sim this time around, though I will try to complete Eric Lewis and Olivia Spencer-Kim’s aspirations as well, while I am there. Those are both pretty straightforward.
Alice Spencer-Kim is an unemployed aspiring Painter Extraordinaire. No one in the family has jobs, so I get to decide what to do with all of them.
I have played this family a fair amount lately on different saves, so this time I want to switch things up a bit. I’m going nontraditional here.
- Alice Spencer-Kim (Painter Extraordinaire, Painting 4) is going to focus hard on her aspiration, and will make most of the money for the family at first.
- Eric Lewis (Mansion Baron, Programming 3) is going to try to go for the top of the eSports career via the eSports team in University, while going for a Computer Science degree.
- Vivian Lewis (Big Happy Family, Cooking 4) is going to adopt some children.
- Dennis Kim (Successful Lineage, Gardening 4) is going to work on Handiness (for upgrades to Alice’s tablet) and Gardening (for a source of income), and share in the parenting of Vivian’s kids, in order to have a chance to complete more of his own aspiration goals.
Sophia (Playtime Captain) and Josie (Creative Genius) joined the Lewis family. Now Vivian has enough children to really work on her aspiration. The house needs some upgrades, though.
The girly teen looking bedroom now sleeps three girls, and the kids bedroom is now a playroom and a place to study. The house is surrounded by flowers to meet Eric’s landscaping requirement, and there is now a treehouse and a stomp pad outside for Sophia and Josie. Mr. Kim has a greenhouse, and Eric has all the columns he could ever dream of. They had enough left to upgrade all the adults’ beds, too.
Eric spent so much time gaming, he became a Geek.
I completed the Whimsical achievement, for 50 points.
It turned out to be Vivian who upgraded Alice’s drawing tablet.
Eric started a fire outside on the grill. Luckily for him Dennis was on top of things and put him out.
Alice bought the Creative Visionary trait as soon as she could, for better paintings.
Sophia Lewis completed the Playtime Captain aspiration. She starts on Social Butterfly next.
Josie completed the Creative Genius aspiration. She starts on Whiz Kid next.
Olivia completed the Artistic Prodigy aspiration. She starts on Rambunctious Scamp next.
Alice mastered the Entrepreneur Skill and became a Perfectionist because of it.
Alice mastered the Painting Skill, earning the Refined Palette achievement for 50 points. At the same time, she completed the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration. She takes Fabulously Wealthy next.
I didn’t want anything bad to happen to Eric’s semester of school, so I waited until he finishes his term to switch households.
